People Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Berlin or the surrounding area with hybrid attendance

hirify.global protects European mid-market businesses from cyber threats through 24/7 monitoring and response, incident response, and integrated cyber insurance. The company has more than 170 employees across the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, and Belgium and recently closed its Series C round.

What you will do

• Partner with German leaders in Sales, customer support, onboarding, and project management.
• Coach and challenge first-time managers and senior leadership.
• Build and lead People projects from design through rollout.
• Redesign the performance cycle for German teams, refresh benefits, and develop a suitable development approach.
• Handle complex employee relations and conduct cases, working with external counsel when needed.
• Apply German employment law to day-to-day decisions and involve specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience in People operations within a scaling technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge senior leadership.
• Hands-on ownership of People initiatives from design to implementation.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and solving problems creatively.
• Working knowledge of German employment law.
• Professional German and professional English; German must be sufficient for business conversations and leading meetings with non-English speakers.
