Senior People Development Partner (People & Culture): Embedding a high-performance, growth-oriented culture through performance reviews, talent reviews, career frameworks, and manager development with an accent on coaching, career progression, and organizational growth. Focus on facilitating calibration sessions, building manager capability, supporting succession planning, and translating people development frameworks into everyday practice.

What you will do
- Partner with team leads as the dedicated People Partner for assigned client groups across the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead development planning, growth conversations, career progression, and development-focused support for underperformance.
- Deliver performance review cycles and mid-year talent reviews, including manager preparation, calibration sessions, and follow-through.
- Apply the career framework through leveling discussions, promotion cases, and career path conversations.
- Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, development conversations, and regular check-ins.
- Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, learning activation, and continuous improvement of people development practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in HR business partnering, people development, or a related People & Culture role within an international organization.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, talent review cycles, calibration, development planning, and career frameworks.
- Strong coaching, communication, stakeholder management, judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience partnering with managers throughout the employee lifecycle and supporting organizational growth.
- Fluent English is required.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and comfort working in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
