Systems Integration Engineer (SAR)

What you will do

• Deliver compressor system integration activities across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Support product system design integration with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Lead OSOR investigations and root cause analysis using methods such as Fishbone and EBRCA.
• Provide complex technical validation and verification support and challenge requirements.
• Support SAR activities, including fleet health and risk tracking.
• Manage sampling closure, update DoRA records, and produce technical reports for Technical Leads.

Requirements

• Experience in systems integration or systems engineering within aerospace or turbomachinery, including gas turbine work.
• Strong understanding of compressor systems and cold-end turbomachinery, including casings and structures, stress, vibration, aero and aeromechanics, tip clearance, engine loads, and interactions.
• Experience with Teamcenter, Siemens NX, and LCE tools such as OSORs and FRACAS.
• Experience across design, integration, validation, and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, requirements management, concept development, FMECA, SARs, and RedTop or similar safety frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
