What you will do

• Develop, modify, test, integrate, and deploy software applications for training system components.
• Support networking design, system configuration, operating system setup, and interfaces with platform simulation applications.
• Diagnose product-level software and system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in requirements review, design, coding, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, technical issues, and proposed solutions to lead engineers and stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation, including design notes, installation guides, test procedures, and support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or engineering support.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages, debugging, and structured software development practices.
• Familiarity with operating systems, networking principles, and software installation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation devices, training systems, or defense-related software.
• Knowledge of system integration and simulation platform interfaces.
• Experience with version control or configuration management tools.
