What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for customers from contract award through hardware and software delivery.
• Manage program performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Direct matrixed cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Contracts.
• Ensure strict adherence to contractual requirements and project scope.

Requirements

• BS Degree.
• 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives.
