Senior IT Developer (C#/.NET)

Salary: $94,000–$151,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain business applications and framework components.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
• Develop tools, integrations, and automation solutions for hardware and software processes.
• Create estimates, support project planning, and lead small to medium-sized development initiatives.
• Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users and business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and improve coding standards, development practices, and system performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a specialized or industry-related environment.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, relational databases, and advanced SQL/T-SQL development.
• Experience with BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including source control, code reviews, build processes, and testing.
• Experience gathering business requirements, producing estimates, creating solution designs, and performing functional and regression testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global ERP/Kinetic products, including UI customization, BPMs, Functions, SDK, and hirify.global Administration Console.
• Knowledge of ECM, IDC, and Quick Ship.
• Experience with Salesforce and BarTender integrations or related technologies.
