• Design and maintain complex, end-to-end workflow automations within enterprise service platforms.
• Execute the full SDLC for automation projects, from requirements to deployment.
• Create custom scripts and endpoints to integrate disparate IT systems.
• Leverage REST APIs and middleware to connect service platforms with infrastructure tools.
• Develop modular, reusable, and secure automation logic adhering to high-performance standards.
• Create comprehensive runbooks and documentation to support internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise software development and automation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including server-side scripting and asynchronous data processing.
• Proven success building complex workflows in enterprise service management and orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure data models (CMDB).
• Deep commitment to secure coding practices and compliance in regulated environments.
