What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex end-to-end workflow automations on an enterprise service and orchestration platform.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle for automation projects, including requirements definition, deployment, production support, and handover.
• Create advanced JavaScript scripts and custom endpoints to integrate disparate IT systems.
• Orchestrate integrations using REST APIs, middleware, configuration management tools, and cloud provisioning systems.
• Develop modular, reusable, documented frameworks that meet high-performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• At least seven years of enterprise software development and automation experience, including maintenance and production support.
• Advanced JavaScript proficiency for server-side scripting, API handling, and asynchronous data processing.
• Experience building complex workflows in enterprise service management and orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure data models and CMDB-driven automation.
• Experience with secure coding practices and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to create runbooks, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code platforms.
• Experience automating high-volume manual tasks that are complex to implement.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
