Product Developer, Sr (React/Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain product features across the full software development lifecycle.
• Build responsive user experiences with React, Angular, or similar modern web frameworks.
• Develop backend services, business logic, RESTful APIs, integrations, and data processes using Python, Django, or comparable technologies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database models for scalable enterprise applications.
• Lead technical design discussions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture and solution planning.
• Investigate defects, implement sustainable fixes, mentor developers, and use AI tools to improve product capabilities and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience delivering modern web applications and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong experience with React or a similar UI framework, Python, Django or comparable frameworks and ORMs, SQL, APIs, and full-stack web development.
• Understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, debugging, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting integrations, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Experience mentoring team members, influencing technical direction, and improving coding standards and development processes.
