• Own critical product surfaces from ideation through production and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Senior-level experience leading large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact.
• Strong full-stack expertise with React and backend systems such as Node or Python.
• Strong ownership, product judgment, UX sensitivity, and technical decision-making.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-velocity environment and actively use modern AI tools.
