SCE Principal Test Engineer (Edge AI)

What you will do

• Develop and sustain ATE test solutions for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers, breakthrough projects, and IP test vehicles from concept through product launch.
• Validate first silicon and deliver test program and hardware requirements for qualification, characterization, and manufacturing release.
• Evaluate and promote new test methods that improve coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide Design-For-Test requirements and recommendations to the Design team.
• Own test engineering deliverables while collaborating with global cross-functional teams and OSATs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience developing ATE test programs.
• Experience with Teradyne, Advantest, or other ATE platforms.
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and deliver work within project timelines.
• Strong teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
