What you will do

• Develop industrial hardware and software test solutions for mass production.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion while ensuring high quality expected by customers.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement Design for Test (DfT) features from the specification stage.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test programs, and ATE hardware.
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and mass production release.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Analog, RF/mmWave test development using ATE systems.
• Expertise in Analog, RF/mmW PCB design for ATE loadboards and contacting technology selection.
• Deep knowledge of Analog/RF/mmWave measurement techniques and design for testability.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) for operating in a global environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advantest & Smartest8 systems.
• Experience with Digital & High-speed digital systems.
• Familiarity with quality screening techniques.
