Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observational studies.
• Develop personas, journey maps, workflow analyses, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design information architecture aligned with user mental models.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback from deployment environments.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and collaborate with development teams on implementation.
• Produce quarterly UI/UX reports and support SAFe ceremonies with user experience insights.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience conducting user research in classified environments and a background in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications, with strong knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and U.S. citizenship required.
