Director Finance Cloud Applications Support (Oracle ERP)

What you will do

• Lead the Finance IT department, including hiring, coaching, performance management, staffing, and daily operations.
• Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance systems and solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate system enhancements and quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades to maintain performance, data integrity, and reliability.
• Monitor the effectiveness of financial modules and ensure quality measures are established and maintained.
• Build and develop onshore and offshore teams while managing major Finance IT vendors and service providers.
• Assess the business and technical fitness, costs, and risks of Finance IT services and rationalize the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions on cloud technology platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar cloud ERP technology in implementation or support.
• At least 5 years as a corporate Financial Systems Leader, directing multiple complex projects from formation through deployment.
• Strong executive presence, finance process knowledge, problem-solving, root cause analysis, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience building and developing offshore teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Oracle or ITIL certification.
