Head of Source-to-Pay Technology

Base compensation: $191,000–$263,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and lifecycle management for Procurement and Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Lead capabilities spanning sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions with Procurement, Finance, Global Business Services, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio planning, investment decisions, business cases, budgeting, demand prioritization, enhancement backlogs, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams and oversee architecture, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, releases, controls, and operational readiness.
• Manage technology vendors, managed service providers, and systems integration partners while ensuring reliability, compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with accountability for enterprise application delivery, support, roadmaps, and stakeholder management.
• Leadership experience supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Global Business Services, Supply Chain, or similar enterprise functions.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay or related platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle ERP, CLM, supplier management, workflow, analytics, integration, or reporting systems.
• Experience managing large systems integration partners, managed service providers, and technology vendors.
• Role requires hybrid work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience owning Source-to-Pay strategy, implementations, enhancement portfolios, and support models.
• Experience with process digitization, workflow automation, analytics, platform rationalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing integrations across Source-to-Pay, ERP, finance, supplier, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading global or matrixed technology teams and managing technology investments, budgets, and business cases.
• Experience in SOX-controlled and highly regulated life sciences environments; MBA, MS, or another advanced degree.
