Base compensation: $191,000–$263,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the technology strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and lifecycle management for Procurement and Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Translate Procurement, Finance, Global Business Services, Legal, and Compliance priorities into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead capabilities across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
- Manage portfolio planning, business cases, budgets, technology investments, demand prioritization, and platform lifecycle decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and systems integration partners through architecture, configuration, integrations, testing, migration, releases, and operational readiness.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, supportability, compliance, SOX alignment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience with accountability for enterprise application delivery, support, roadmaps, and stakeholder management.
- Leadership experience supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Global Business Services, Supply Chain, or similar enterprise functions.
- Hands-on leadership with platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle ERP, CLM, supplier management, workflow, analytics, integration, or reporting solutions.
- Experience managing systems integration partners, managed service providers, and technology vendors.
- Ability to operate in SOX-controlled and highly regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing Source-to-Pay ecosystems through process digitization, workflow automation, analytics, platform rationalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience designing integrations between Source-to-Pay platforms, ERP systems, finance applications, supplier ecosystems, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience leading global technology teams, matrixed delivery organizations, and large systems integration partners.
- MBA, MS, or another advanced degree.
