Senior Content Developer (EdTech)

Location: US Remote; travel less than once per month

Salary: $60,750–$99,750 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan

What you will do

• Research, write, review, and develop professional learning content for on-site and online delivery.
• Maintain coherent scopes and sequences for professional learning offerings and plan future content development.
• Collaborate with strategy, program management, product development, professional learning, digital content teams, and external experts.
• Design digital content delivery methods with instructional designers to improve point-of-use educator support.
• Apply adult learning theory and current educational trends to professional learning content.
• Support educators, deliver internal presentations, and contribute to special projects and product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing on-site and online professional learning courses and support materials for K–8 educators.
• Prior school-based coaching experience and/or instructional design experience in the EdTech space.
• Experience with pedagogy for K–8 students and adult learners.
• Experience with technology-based assessment and instruction.
• Proficiency with presentation, workflow, and instructional design tools such as Zoom, Smartsheet, Workfront, Camtasia, Articulate, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Teaching or coaching background in Mathematics or ELA.
• MS or MA in English or Math Education.
