What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business objectives into learning solutions.
• Design and maintain e-learning, virtual instructor-led, instructor-led, and blended learning experiences.
• Create interactive e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and performance support resources.
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend learning strategies that support measurable outcomes.
• Manage multiple learning projects while balancing priorities, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
• Professional experience with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia.
• Practical experience applying ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design practices, and modern learning technologies.
• Experience conducting learning needs analyses and translating business requirements into practical learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with Synthesia, Adobe Audition, and video-based learning development.
• Experience developing blended learning programs and measuring learning effectiveness.
• Professional proficiency in English and Canadian French.
