Professional Learning Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Fully remote for candidates located in the Midwest region of the United States, preferably in the Chicago, Illinois metro area. Must live close to a major airport and be available for up to 60% travel during the back-to-school season and up to 40% during the rest of the year.

Salary: $72,000–$85,000 per year plus benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as a product expert and provide educators with classroom-specific IXL implementation strategies.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development for schools and districts.
• Facilitate national webinars and host regional IXL Live events with the events team.
• Travel to schools and districts for in-person training sessions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support school pilots and with customer success teams to manage and grow customer relationships.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in a K–12 setting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Experience using Google Apps and Zoom.
• Residence in the Midwest region of the United States and proximity to a major airport.
