Facilities Account Manager

Salary: $87,471.21–$102,907.30 per year

What you will do

• Oversee account staff and provide direct personnel management support.
• Manage procurement spend, requisitions, purchasing, invoice processing, billing, audits, and general ledger accuracy.
• Maintain employee files, training records, subcontractor data, maintenance records, inventory tracking, and work orders.
• Manage weekly time entry and payroll submission using an automated timekeeping system and Kronos.
• Oversee staffing, job requisitions, hiring, onboarding, and training workflows through Workday.
• Prepare reports, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials while supporting facility coordinators and account initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to work accurately with finance, accounting, budgets, invoices, and cost centers.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated work order management systems and staff scheduling.
• Five years of applicable facility services or subcontracting experience is preferred.
