What you will do
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for daily facility operations and workplace issues.
- Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, cleanliness, and building conditions through regular inspections.
- Manage work orders, maintenance records, supplies, and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Coordinate landlords, property management, vendors, subcontractors, and service schedules.
- Support subtenants with service requests, maintenance concerns, and access needs.
- Plan preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes.
Requirements
- More than three years of experience in facilities coordination, property coordination, or office operations.
- Experience working with landlords, property managers, vendors, subcontractors, and subtenants.
- Knowledge of commercial office operations and basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with work order or facility management systems such as Cove, Yardi, Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Strong organization, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Facilities Management Professional certification or similar credential.
- Experience reviewing vendor invoices or quotes.
