Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and results for a complex regulatory change and compliance product area.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer problem validation through launch and iteration.
• Partner with designers, engineers, legal subject-matter experts, and leadership to deliver AI-powered workflows.
• Use customer insight, product performance data, and KPIs to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, resolve trade-offs, and secure the resources needed for delivery.
• Mentor product managers and develop business cases for new product investment.

Requirements

• 7–10 years building and shipping successful technology-powered products, or relevant subject-matter expertise with product or technical proficiency.
• Experience with modern product discovery and product delivery methods.
• Experience defining product vision, building business-aligned roadmaps, and owning KPIs.
• Experience with testing, product metrics, data-driven decision-making, and impactful demos or prototypes.
• Strong judgment, structured written communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and company leaders; willingness to travel as needed.
