What you will do

• Define and execute the AI model product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
• Represent the needs of healthcare users, providers, and other stakeholders in product decisions.
• Translate customer insights and business objectives into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, UX, technical writing, and product teams to develop and launch AI-powered capabilities.
• Lead discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement using Agile and Design Thinking.
• Champion responsible AI, healthcare compliance, executive communication, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience owning large-scale product initiatives.
• Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience building, launching, and managing sophisticated products with strong user experiences.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI development processes, product strategy, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to influence executives, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, responsible AI principles, and healthcare regulatory considerations.
