What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product direction for a defined area, taking ambitious problems from initial concept through launch and adoption.
• Develop product perspective through continuous customer conversations, hands-on product usage, and prioritization decisions.
• Partner with experienced engineers and designers to ship quickly and iterate toward high-quality solutions.
• Lead go-to-market activities and use customer and market insights to inform future product development.
• Shape products across governed semantic and context layers, AI-native business intelligence, and data applications and agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or a comparable technical, analytics, or customer-facing path involving hands-on product work.
• Experience with data and analytics products such as hirify.global, Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, or dbt.
• Strong product judgment, product quality standards, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping.
• Experience building or shaping AI-powered features and understanding how they work under the hood.
• Must be based in the United States.
