Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (EVM)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the defense work.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain time-phased program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance, monitor Estimates at Complete, and present findings to program management.
• Identify critical and driving paths to schedule milestones.
• Support SEIT, financial, earned value metrics, and risk reviews.
• Contribute to root cause analyses, corrective actions, and tactical planning for program completion.
• Support proposal development, fact finding, and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management systems, EVMS principles, and scheduling tools.
• Experience analyzing and reporting program budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating EAC, risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analysts.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Space, Cyber, or Intelligence engineering programs.
• Experience working with external customers, vendors, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with IMS, CAM notebook updates, and PPM Dashboard maintenance.
• Experience preparing customer-required program review documents.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
