Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (EVM)

Location: Remote or hybrid within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: USD $95,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain program time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance, monitor Estimates at Complete, and present findings to program management.
• Identify critical paths and drive schedule-specific milestones.
• Support SEIT, financial, earned value metrics, and risk reviews.
• Contribute to root cause analysis, corrective actions, and tactical planning for program completion.
• Coordinate performance data, proposals, and program reviews with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management systems, EVMS principles, and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data covering budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Experience with program contracts, program management, functional support processes, or proposal development.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Space, Cyber, or Intelligence engineering programs.
• Experience with IMS, CAM notebook updates, and PPM Dashboard maintenance.
• Experience preparing customer-required program review documents.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
