Technical Program Manager, Solutions (Defense & Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid; required to work from the Washington, DC or Denver, CO office three days per week.

Salary: US base salary ranges include $127,000–$158,700 nationally, $136,000–$170,000 in New York City and California, and $144,500–$180,600 in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end program execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Space Systems, Enablement, and Customer Support.
• Manage solutions development for Defense and Intelligence, including custom customer deployments and engineering release trains.
• Build program schedules and translate complex requirements into actionable milestones.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders, communicate progress and changes, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and risks, proactively mitigating issues to ensure reliable delivery.
• Improve processes, tools, and operating frameworks to scale program execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with broad cross-functional organizations and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience across the product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, deprecation, and end-of-life.
• Ability to analyze problems, communicate recommendations, discuss technical trade-offs, and balance daily execution with operational improvements.
• Ability to work from the Washington, DC or Denver, CO office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with remote sensing, Earth observation data, or geospatial systems.
• Experience working with remote, worldwide teams.
• Experience improving operational processes and exploring AI technologies for workflow automation, data improvement, or productivity.
