Technical Program Manager, Solutions (Defense and Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid; work from the Washington, DC or Denver, CO office 3 days per week. The position requires access to export-controlled information without additional export licensing.

US national base salary: $127,000–$158,700 per year, plus potential discretionary short-term and long-term incentives, bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end program execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Space Systems, Enablement, and Customer Support to deliver successful releases.
• Develop program schedules and break complex requirements into actionable, incremental milestones.
• Translate requirements between business and technical stakeholders and communicate plans, progress, risks, and changes.
• Manage custom customer deployments and support the engineering release train for Defense and Intelligence solutions.
• Identify dependencies and risks, facilitate data-driven decisions, and proactively mitigate delivery issues.
• Improve operating processes and ways of working to increase operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across a broad organization.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and frameworks from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience across the product life cycle, including concept, development, launch preparation, go-to-market, deprecations, and end-of-life.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ability to explain analyses and recommendations to business leaders and discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to balance tactical day-to-day execution with forward-looking improvements to operational efficiency.
• Ability to access applicable export-controlled information without additional export licensing.
