TL;DR
Technical Program Analyst - Security, Risk & Compliance (Cybersecurity/Compliance): Supporting security administration, audit and compliance programs for Visa's Corporate IT organization with an accent on executive reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional program delivery. Focus on analyzing security data, coordinating audit responses, improving compliance processes, and delivering CIO initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office; 5–10% travel required

Salary: $104,600–$162,300 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

  • Support security administration through data analysis, research, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with technology delivery teams, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and senior leadership.
  • Build and improve processes that support Corporate IT objectives, compliance, and operational completeness.
  • Prepare executive reporting and operational technology metrics to improve decision-making and visibility.
  • Coordinate compliance reviews and audit examinations by collecting and packaging information from subject-matter experts.
  • Deliver CIO projects and support rapid onboarding of critical technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience; master's graduates need 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business issues to multiple organizational levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work from the Austin office at least 3 days per week and travel 5–10% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Cybersecurity certifications or experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, compliance, risk, or audit.
  • Experience managing information and access in SharePoint, Tableau, or other databases.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
