Program Manager IV (GPUaaS)

Location: US work from home

Salary: $108,253–$158,733 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Lead highly complex GPUaaS programs or multiple projects from planning through delivery.
• Review business and technical requirements and coordinate delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, document, evaluate, and improve business processes and operating systems.
• Manage partner relationships and operating cadences, including MBRs and QBRs.
• Execute roadmaps, deployment timelines, compliance and contract management, training, submissions, spend commitments, and partner pipeline initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field; additional relevant experience may substitute at the manager’s discretion.
• High school diploma or regional equivalent required.
• Experience with program and project management, delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, process improvement, and financial planning.
• Leadership, people management, negotiation, presentation, public speaking, business analytics, and technical acumen skills.
• Jira Software experience.

Nice to have

• Project certification such as PMP or Six Sigma.
