Engineering Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office in Texas, United States

Salary: USD 71,500–164,400 annual base salary in Texas, United States; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple projects within large-scale engineering programs.
• Support project budgets, resource allocation plans, schedules, and requirements.
• Coordinate project teams, track progress, report results, and recommend updates.
• Prepare status reports, program summaries, stakeholder updates, and escalation tracking.
• Lead resources across multiple projects and support engineering development and product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track project results.
• Knowledge of project and program methodologies, resource allocation, budgets, and requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.
