Staff Product Manager: Admin Dashboard & Configuration Engine

Location: USA; fully remote opportunity. Quarterly company meetups are required.

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 target base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is a Series A startup building Dynamic Copay infrastructure for health insurance payors.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes for the Configuration Engine and Admin Dashboard.
• Define how clients and internal operators configure plans, networks, benefit designs, pricing logic, overrides, rules, and time-based plan behavior.
• Build configuration experiences for non-technical and semi-technical users, including claims management, self-service reporting, permissions, auditability, previews, and staged rollouts.
• Partner with pricing, adjudication, member-facing, engineering, design, implementation, client delivery, and claims-domain teams to maintain consistent configuration contracts.
• Write detailed PRDs and specifications, lead discovery, and define metrics including time-to-configure, configuration errors, downstream rework, and self-service adoption.
• Establish product practices for reasoning about blast radius, validating setup, and protecting shared platform resources as they scale.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years with B2B platforms, admin/configuration tools, or complex workflow products.
• Experience working with systems containing many interdependent entities and downstream dependencies.
• Track record of shipping configuration UIs used by non-engineers in production, ideally with validation, environments, audit logs, or staged rollout.
• Strong written specifications and ability to collaborate with engineering on data models and edge cases.
• Ability to define testing that catches incorrect setup before it affects downstream systems.
• Healthcare, benefits, insurance, claims, role-based access, multi-tenant SaaS, or reporting/BI experience is relevant.
