Staff Product Manager, Cloud Namespace & Capacity (SaaS)

Location: United States - Remote Opportunity

Salary: $185,000–$260,000 per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global's equity plan.

hirify.global builds open-source workflow infrastructure and hirify.global Cloud, a managed SaaS product for running reliable applications.

What you will do

• Own the full hirify.global Cloud Namespace lifecycle, from provisioning and configuration to updates, operations, and safe deletion.
• Define Namespace offerings based on SLA, latency, durability, data residency, and cost requirements.
• Lead throughput and capacity management, including autoscaling, reserved and elastic capacity, scheduling, visibility, quotas, and limits.
• Drive placement, replication, scaling, and operational policy capabilities for a reliable, performant, cost-effective multi-tenant service.
• Define Namespace SLOs and SLAs, instrumentation, and customer-facing reliability expectations.
• Own Namespace APIs and configuration used by customer automation, the hirify.global Cloud UI, and other services.

Requirements

• Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience balancing reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs across customer workloads.
• Strong systems thinking applied to tiering, pricing, policies, quotas, limits, and configuration defaults.
• Technical partnership experience with engineering on autoscaling, capacity planning, deployment placement, and resilience patterns.
• Experience defining and managing SLOs and SLAs and using metrics to guide product decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including PRDs, decision documents, and customer-facing explanations.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant systems, workload isolation, and noisy-neighbor mitigation.
• Familiarity with API design for long-lived resource lifecycles and safe evolution.
• Experience with placement, routing, data residency, or geo-distributed reliability.
• Experience contributing to pricing and packaging for tiered services.
