What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the clinician experience to optimize time to value.
• Conduct customer research and feedback loops with partners and clinicians to inform product planning.
• Prioritize work for a balanced product team to maximize user outcomes and business growth.
• Create unifying artifacts including product briefs and roadmaps to align the organization.
• Measure product success and align area-specific metrics with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute product launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience specifically working on clinician-facing experiences.
• Must be located within the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or conferences 1-2 times per quarter.
• Ability to drive software products forward in a fast-paced startup environment under uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field.
• Background in healthcare and knowledge of industry complexities.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
