What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for the clinician experience to optimize time to value.
- Conduct customer research and feedback loops with partners and clinicians to inform product planning.
- Prioritize work for a balanced product team to maximize user outcomes and business growth.
- Create unifying artifacts including product briefs and roadmaps to align the organization.
- Measure product success and align area-specific metrics with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute product launches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years of experience specifically working on clinician-facing experiences.
- Must be located within the United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or conferences 1-2 times per quarter.
- Ability to drive software products forward in a fast-paced startup environment under uncertainty.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field.
- Background in healthcare and knowledge of industry complexities.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
