Salary: USD 122,000–207,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with client business, IT, architecture, security, data, and operations stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical requirements, architecture designs, implementation plans, and prototypes.
• Design and build AI-enabled workflows using LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, structured outputs, evaluations, and human approval checkpoints.
• Develop enterprise integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, secure file exchanges, and connector frameworks.
• Build data pipelines, mappings, transformations, validation, and synchronization processes for analytics and AI workflows.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized cloud-native applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting, platform implementation, or related engineering roles.
• 5+ years designing and deploying production cloud-based AI, data, or enterprise application solutions.
• Advanced Python skills plus experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or .NET.
• Experience designing APIs, data pipelines, event-driven architectures, enterprise integrations, authentication and security frameworks, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containers, cloud-native development, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, AI evaluations, observability, and guardrails.
