Salary: $91,200 – $114,000 annually + 12% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Develop, test, and manage cloud-native AI tooling and 3rd party technologies.
• Architect high-standard technical solutions for internal employee and business group use cases.
• Create innovative LLM solutions to automate manual workflows and surface business insights.
• Develop reusable components, internal services, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, and QA to refine internal AI strategy.
• Identify and prioritize internal AI initiatives with business stakeholders to drive productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and working with open-source LLMs.
• Hands-on experience building Gen AI applications and implementing RAG indexing/chunking strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) within Azure.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications across two or more providers (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Basic certification in AI (AI900) or ML (GCP/AWS ML Engineer).
