NPI Engineer (Storage)

Location: Herzliya, Israel; technical support at production line sites in Israel and the United States.

What you will do

• Build and manage production files, including BOMs, product documentation, working instructions, and drawings.
• Transfer new products to production and manage full NPI processes.
• Implement product changes, ECOs, and deviations while maintaining configuration control and managing the product lifecycle end to end.
• Provide ongoing technical support for existing and new products at FTK subcontractor production line sites in Israel and the United States.
• Lead production line continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead international and sustainability certifications and compliance maintenance, and collaborate with departments to define manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of NPI experience.
• Hands-on PLM experience covering product BOMs, change control management, and product configuration.
• Technical experience with hardware components, including writing working instructions and part replacement procedures.
• Independent, assertive, and proactive approach, with the ability to own tasks, investigate relevant details, and lead projects or tasks end to end.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple tasks in parallel.
• Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sustainability certificates.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD drawing software.
