NPI Engineer (Ink Manufacturing)

hirify.global is hiring for an engineering role focused on ink manufacturing and product introduction into production.

What you will do

• Own, optimize, and improve ink manufacturing process performance.
• Lead the development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes and technology projects.
• Investigate process and equipment issues through hands-on analysis and root-cause methodologies.
• Define new processes, specifications, working windows, and robust manufacturing procedures for stable, high-quality production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Singapore engineering teams on processes and technology.
• Deliver NPI products, manufacturing instructions, specifications, procedures, engineering deliverables, and documentation to production.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering is required. An M.Sc. in Chemical or Materials Engineering is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience as an NPI or process engineer in a multidisciplinary production environment.
• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to apply tools and technologies to deliver effective solutions and work on multiple projects.
• Positive, hands-on, can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in mechanical or equipment engineering.
• Background in plastics, cosmetics, or related industries.
• M.Sc. in Chemical or Materials Engineering.
