Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Rehovot, Israel; onsite role. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and analyze operational processes to improve organizational efficiency and key operational and financial KPIs.
• Drive productivity improvements and added value on production floor processes.
• Lead projects independently, including line design optimization, cycle time reduction, and ROI simulations.
• Define and implement new processes and infrastructures supporting efficient operations.
• Manage complex organizational interfaces and lead activities without formal authority.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• More than 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or operational roles.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, fast thinking, and the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple parallel tasks, and manage timelines and due dates independently.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills for presenting key messages to management forums.
• Ability to manage long-term tasks and projects alongside daily execution.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in industrial engineering, plus basic knowledge of related disciplines.
