Machine Specialist - 2nd Shift

What you will do

• Set up and operate machines to cut and process screen frame, wood, metal, and glass materials.
• Adjust machines to produce parts within tolerance and maintain acceptable scrap levels.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, camber, bow, scratches, and other quality requirements.
• Perform tooling changeovers, replace saw blades, and adjust cutting depth.
• Enter production orders, lubricate equipment, complete cleaning, and maintain required documentation.
• Direct, train, and assist personnel while following equipment safety guidelines and reporting nonconformances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple correspondence and specified instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills using whole numbers and standard units of measure.
• Ability to measure and read a tape measure; experience using calipers, gauges, or similar measuring tools is relevant.
• Must be able to present proof of identity and work eligibility after hiring.
