What you will do

• Operate machinery including Brake Presses, Lasers, and automated Presses safely.
• Verify part accuracy using functional gauges and devices.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet precise print specifications.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks according to standard work.
• Complete required production control charts and In-Process Verifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Capability to perform multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strict adherence to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
