Project HSE Coordinator

What you will do

• Ensure HSE activities at UK construction sites comply with laws, client requirements, and company standards.
• Assist in HSE standardization, accident investigations, and trend analysis with improvement plans.
• Conduct inspections, audits on sites and subcontractors, and follow up on actions.
• Develop and coordinate safety trainings, inductions, and behavioral initiatives for teams and suppliers.
• Support tender documentation and HSE for UK cable repair projects.
• Promote safety culture and perform training programs organization-wide.

Requirements

• Proven HSE experience in energy or construction projects
• Recognized qualification: NEBOSH, IOSH/techIOSH, or equivalent; Engineering Degree
• Membership in relevant professional body
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (lead auditor a plus)
• Driver's license; willingness to travel 50% domestically/internationally
• Strong leadership, team influencing, and organizational skills; Mental Health First Aider
