Salary: Up to £85,000 base salary plus 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization-wide Health, Safety, and Sustainability strategy.
• Create and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to mitigate operational risks.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams on complex safety and sustainability matters.
• Build and mentor a team of professionals to foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage departmental budgets and report performance to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to travel to Winchester or London offices.
• Extensive experience in EHS management at a leadership level.
• Deep knowledge of EHS regulations and standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor senior team members.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered Member of IOSH.
• Practitioner IEMA status.
