What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across multiple operational locations.
• Manage and maintain site-based Internal and ISO HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Lead site incident management, including classification, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and implement safety programs based on incident trends and audit findings.
• Support Contractor Safety Management, Permit-to-Work processes, and emergency management practices.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align HSE objectives across Slough, Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an HSE role with strong knowledge of regulations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel regularly to various site locations.
• Good knowledge of local and national HSE legislation.
