Group Chief Financial Officer (AI & Digital Assets)

hirify.global operates regulated investment, payment institution, and institutional digital asset custody businesses across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Build and lead one finance function across all Group entities, jurisdictions, currencies, and revenue streams.
• Define accounting policies, chart of accounts, intercompany processes, close calendar, consolidation logic, and audit framework under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Own regulatory financial reporting to CySEC, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and the Swiss SRO, including capital adequacy, liquidity, and own-funds reporting.
• Build the Group budget, rolling forecast, long-range model, management pack, unit economics, customer profitability, runway, and capital-headroom analysis.
• Set treasury policy and oversee capital planning, intra-group funding, transfer pricing, cost allocation, and related-party transactions.
• Design the finance systems and data architecture, automate reconciliation and reporting, and deploy auditable AI workflows with documented human review.

Requirements

• Strong practical expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, statutory reporting, and delivering clean audits.
• Senior finance leadership experience in regulated financial services, such as investment firms, payment institutions, EMIs, or banks.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, and multi-currency finance, including intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
• Experience building or materially rebuilding finance systems, processes, and controls rather than only operating an inherited function.
• Ability to personally build institutional-quality financial models and use SQL or equivalent alongside warehouse and BI architectures.
• Current hands-on AI experience is required, including daily use of LLM and agentic tools for coding, data queries, modelling, and process automation.

Nice to have

• Digital asset accounting, valuation, and custody reconciliation experience.
• Experience with institutional equity raises, M&A, or regulatory change-of-control processes.
• Familiarity with Cyprus, Swiss, or UAE regulatory environments.
