VP of Finance (Web3)

What you will do

• Architect the long-term financial roadmap and fiscal strategy to support ambitious growth targets.
• Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies in a digital-asset-centric environment.
• Institutionalize enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
• Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, providing financial modeling and data-driven insights for high-stakes decision-making.
• Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure to automate global performance visibility.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board level.
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets.
• Sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape, including treasury management of digital assets and blockchain-native financial operations.
• Must not be based in California or Colorado.
