Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA. Must be based in the US and work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $169,100 – $270,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and management of consumer credit products, benefits, and partner programs.
• Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis, consumer insights, and client feedback.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for issuers and cardholders.
• Manage strategic benefit and partner relationships, including onboarding and performance oversight.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Digital, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Experience as a product manager, product owner, or business process analyst.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, and testing.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
