About the Role

You will build and maintain orchestration systems that coordinate AI agents across code generation, testing, review, and deployment. You will design guardrails and quality gates, improve internal developer tooling, evaluate AI models and agent frameworks, measure pipeline impact, and monitor systems for reliability, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• System design and architecture
• Production experience with agentic AI frameworks and AI coding assistants
• CI/CD pipelines
• Developer tooling
• Infrastructure automation
• System documentation
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic orchestration systems
• Design feedback loops, guardrails, and quality gates
• Develop internal tooling and developer-experience improvements
• Iterate on pipeline architecture and measure engineering throughput
• Collaborate with the Agentic Engineering Lead on shippable systems
• Evaluate and integrate AI models, coding assistants, and agent frameworks
• Instrument and monitor systems for reliability, security, and compliance
