What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that generate, test, and optimize BrightScript and TypeScript code and UI experiences.
• Architect multi-agent workflows covering planning, retrieval, tool use, execution, and validation.
• Develop automation that produces performance-safe and memory-efficient outputs for embedded C++ environments.
• Build evaluation frameworks measuring agent reliability, accuracy, and production performance.
• Partner with firmware, UI, and product teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation.
• Mentor engineers on AI-first development and human-agent collaboration practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping production agentic AI systems.
• Strong software engineering foundation, including system design, testing, code review, reliability, and clean architecture.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, AI frameworks, RAG, function or tool calling, and evaluation-driven development.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript or similar languages.
• Experience designing systems for embedded, performance-critical environments and handling non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Strong technical communication, root cause analysis, proactive execution, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, custom skills, or agent frameworks.
• Experience applying autonomous code generation and LLM orchestration research to production systems.
