Senior Java Software Engineer (Agentic AI / FDE)

What you will do

• Design, test, and refine prompt stacks for coding, planning, testing, and documentation agents.
• Develop and manage AI-driven workflows that generate functional software artifacts aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and operate the generation phase of the Agentic SDLC, preparing pipeline inputs and integrating code-generation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into agentic execution.
• Act as the human-in-the-loop by validating output quality, compliance, and contextual fit.
• Create reusable prompt patterns, templates, and playbooks for future human-AI collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying real-world applications through the full development cycle.
• Proficiency in Java and experience packaging and integrating applications.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar, plus LangChain or comparable multi-agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, code-generation tools, cloud AI/ML services, vector databases, and CI/CD/CT for machine learning systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher, with strong problem-solving ability and knowledge of prompt engineering.

• Experience preparing roadmaps and detailed work breakdown structures.
• Curiosity and fluency in working with generative AI tools and workflows.
