N1 Photo Equipment Technician (Photolithography)

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC photolithography equipment area.
• Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and monitor ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ equipment.
• Maintain electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
• Complete maintenance documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and internal and external groups to satisfy safety, performance, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years in photolithography.
• Specific knowledge of maintenance job functions and strong equipment troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Understanding of SPC and FDC controls, with the ability to improve overall equipment performance.
• AS or AAS degree in electronics, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may satisfy the education requirement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
