Parts Coordinator (Motorsport)

hirify.global UK operates international motorsport programmes across the FIA World Rally Championship, Rally Raid, and global customer racing.

What you will do

• Coordinate the movement, availability, allocation, ordering, and delivery of parts across the business.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and support accurate inventory control within the Stores Department.
• Maintain records of parts movements, orders, availability, documentation, and related information in internal systems.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Workshop, Stores, suppliers, and rally operations teams.
• Support parts coordination for domestic and international motorsport programmes and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, administrative, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of parts management, stock control, and inventory processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and independently when required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in parts, stock control, or administration.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or parts management systems.
