EHS Officer (Sustainable Construction)

What you will do

• Ensure site compliance and maintain audit readiness.
• Prepare monthly EHS reports for the UK Leadership Team and global EHS team.
• Maintain EHS data and dashboards in Power BI to identify trends and improvement actions.
• Execute safety observations and run campaigns to build a zero-harm culture.
• Lead the Non-Operational EHS Committee and conduct EHS training for office and field teams.
• Support line managers with risk assessments and perform root cause analysis on audit findings.

Requirements

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Confidence using Power BI and SharePoint.
• Experience turning data into clear, accurate reports and tracking KPIs.
• Ability to explain safety requirements clearly to people at all levels.
• Curiosity and confidence to ask questions and challenge observations.
• A genuine interest in safety.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH Diploma, or IOSH Working Safely or Managing Safely.
• Experience with root cause analysis, audits, and risk assessments.
• Experience supporting an EHS improvement plan.
