Partner & Speakers Success Associate - Mandarin speaker

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with startup and enterprise partners.
• Manage partner event details and ensure successful delivery of brand activations.
• Coordinate with speakers, media, investor acquisition, production, design, collateral, and app teams.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows that strengthen exhibitor and partner experiences.
• Travel to international events to support on-the-ground execution and provide partners with structured feedback.
• Develop technology and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for clients and partners.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker.
• Strong client management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and specialist functions.
• Ability to manage projects, adapt to changing needs, solve problems, and work with limited supervision.
• Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and events.

Nice to have

• Sales or commercial experience focused on retention and partnership expansion.
• Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
